Abstract

Research Question
What are the specific psychological demands placed on Special Education (SPED) teachers, and how do these demands
affect their well-being, job satisfaction, and professional performance?
How effective are the current support systems and training programs in alleviating the psychological burden on SPED
teachers, and what improvements can be made to enhance their effectiveness?
What are the common challenges and successful strategies in managing the psychological duties of SPED teachers in
both international contexts (such as the United States) and the Philippines, and how can these strategies be adapted to
local educational systems?
